These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the rights and obligations of Terpan Laboratory and consumers through online sales of items offered by the website: shop.terpan.fr
Any order for a product appearing in the online store site requires consultation and prior acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to adapt or modify at any time these Terms and Conditions.
The items offered for sale on Shop are presented and detailed so that every consumer is able to know the essential characteristics of products he wish to buy (Article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code).
The pictures that illustrate the description of the articles are for information only and are not contractual. We reserve the right at any time to add / edit / delete any of the items in our catalog.
The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order.
We confirm the acceptance of its order to the customer by sending an email to the email address he has communicated. The sale will be concluded only after the confirmation of the order. This confirmation will be considered as an invoice and contain the following information:
- The product name
- The details of the order (type, price and quantity of items ordered, the total amount of the order TTC and the amount of shipping costs).
- The date of the order
- The invoice number
- The delivery address
- The identity of the client with contact information.
We reserve the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.
The information given by the buyer when taking control commit him: if they is an error in the recipient's details, we cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver the products.
All orders placed by individuals are intended for their personal use; It is strictly forbidden for individuals to resell products fully or partially.
Prices are all taxes included (TTC) in euros and do not include shipping costs.
We reserve the right to revise these prices at any time but are committed to apply the rates in effect at the time of order and, subject to the availability of the products ordered at that date.
For shipment, the shipping cost is calculated based on the current postal rates and according to the package weight. The amount of shipping cost appears before any payment of the order. The goods are shipped in So Colissimo by post and in the manner chosen by the buyer.
The payment of the ordered goods is due at time of order.
Credit Card Payments: Payments are secure and are made through a French bank. Bank details of credit cards are confidential. They are not stored and will therefore be called back for each transaction.
By Cheque: you have 10 days to send your payment, after this delay the order will be canceled.
Whatever the mode of payment, the goods will be shipped upon receipt of full payment.
Any order placed Monday to Thursday before 4.00pm will be shipped later than within 48 hours. Orders from Thursday 4.00pm to Sunday or a non-business day (holiday and periods of closures for holydays) will be shipped no later than within 48 hours from the first business day following the order and within the limit of stocks available.
If not available in stock, we indicate the time required for shipping your order. If this period exceeds 15 days, the customer is entitled to cancel his order and ask for refund. Delivery times are 2 working days for information only and does not constitute a commitment or a guarantee.
All orders are packed in tightly sealed, solid and revealing no indication of the content.
A shipment tracking number will be given to the customer upon the management of the package by the carrier.
The customer must check the condition of the package on its arrival before accepting. If the package appears damaged or deteriorated sufficiently for the products it contains may be damaged, the customer must notify the clerk and refuse it. It is only on this condition that we can handle the incident in the best way.
In case the customer does not make this step and accept without reservation yet a package that was damaged during transport, we cannot under any circumstances be liable for its replacement or any compensation. This check on arrival is very important for the client, even if the probability of this type of damage is extremely low.
Are considered as force majeure releasing the seller from its obligation to deliver, war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility for Terpan to be supplied.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right to withdraw by sending us a mail. Therefore you have a further period of 14 days to return the goods. As stipulated by the Act, and for hygiene and health protection reasons, only the merchandise in its original condition (unopened cases and cellophane, unopened unit products) and unused qualifies for withdrawal
We promise to refund you the full amount of your item(s) in question upon receipt by us. The shipping cost paid by you.
In case of refund accepted by our customer service by phone or email, you recover the amount due within 15 days of registration and, as desired, by check, bank transfer (in this case, you have previously submitted your RIB ) or credit on your credit card (transmission of bank account information by calling Customer Service only).
According to law No. 80335 of May 12, 1980, the delivered goods remain the property of Terpan Laboratory until full payment of their price.
The information requested via the order form is required to process and execution of your order. Under the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have a right to access and rectify information concerning you.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French Law. Any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of orders will be reviewed with the utmost care and will be the subject of an immediate amicable proposal. If unresolved challenge between Terpan laboratory and the customer, the Chartres commercial court only will have jurisdiction in the matter to resolve the dispute.
